Returns & Exchanges

We always do our best to ensure that are customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, if for whatever reason you’re not satisfied with your order, you can return any unopened products to us. Ensure the item is still in its original condition, unopened and is returned to us securely.

We offer a full refund and exchange on packaged, sealed items within 14 working days of purchase. We do not offer refund on promotional, reduced or discounted items. Please note that we are only able to assist with refund or replacement if the product is not damaged. The refund will proceeded once the items has been returned and observed for any damages.
